Very rare photo album of a German soldier that took part in this famous battle of the WW2 in Norway. The Battles of Narvik were fought from 9 April to 8 June 1940 as a naval battle in the Ofotfjord and as a land battle in the mountains surrounding the north Norwegian town of Narvik as part of the Norwegian Campaign of the Second World War.Photos depict, most of them, the aftermath of the battles of Narvik, with many of those photos showing destroyed buildings and ships, artillery, soldiers posing in the battlefield after the battle as well as photos in a German ship, streets in the city and a cemetery. There are also some photos in Tromsö (Norway) and also photos of soldiers during their free time.Photos are big size. Album is complete.
