This rare document we are offering for sale is dated 1943 and it deals with an ID tag of an SS-Unterscharführer. In this notice or notification, it's noticed that in the list of ID tags of soldiers of the SS-Standort Weimar-Buchenwald, it wasn't listed the ID tag of this SS man supposedly because he was just transferred and needed it. With that letter it was sent also a blank ID tag of this man so that it could be stamped and then given to the soldier. Document is in very good condition.
