Product category:

Excellent Researched Striped Jacket and Glasses of a Former Czech Prisoner of KL Buchenwald. Jacket is a great example that could be exhibited in any concentration camp related museum or collection. It's made using the legit thick winter fabric with blue and white stripes and it comes with the identification cloth patch on the pocket of the inmate's jacket. With the number 6562, quite a low number, and the red winkel or triangle for political prisoners and the "T" inscribed, that stands for Tscheche, for Czech prisoners. The quality of the patch is excellent since it's quite uncommon to see a prisoner's Identification patch embroidered. This man was called Franz Louma and was a political prisoner from the Czech Republic who was arrested by the German police and transferred to KL Buchwenwald. Set also comes with his googles, those that he used in the camp. All the registry documents and others that appear attached on this lot are just scans uploaded to know more about this survivor. Condition of the jacket is really good. Set is very interesting from a historical point of view, for any collecor of concentration camp memorabilia
