This set we offer for sale is really nice, comprising 3 pieces. First one is the original Gebirgsjäger (German mountain troops within the Wehrmacht) BeVo patch that was stitched to the right arm of the combat tunic. It's used condition and with beautiful patina. It's obvious it saw action! Second piece is a very nice maker marked Edelweiss insignia that Gebirgsjäger had in their caps, normally m42 or m43 caps. This was stitched to a side of the cap. Finally we have the Erkennungsmarke of dog tag that soldier wore with a cordel around his neck. This is the same tag that the owner of the Edelweiss patch and cap metal insignia wore during the war. It has some minor rust marks, but nothing that damages the piece. Collectors always appreciate a lot this kind of original complete sets of a same soldier or person connected wiht the WW2, and with such a used patina, more. All guaranteed 100% original of course.
