478-page hardcover book-binder is the second edition of PDB.5 published 1940 by order of the SS / Police leadership and printed by Otto Drewitz Publishing House in Berlin. The book contains every traffic law, every official traffic related form, traffic signs, etc. that were in effect in Nazi Germany in April 1940.  The hardcover shows signs of wear, and the  has creases and minor damage, missing back side cover but overall good condition. .
