A very sad document issued by a doctor in the Litzmannstadt ghetto concerns a Jewish woman, Kronengold Chana, 49 years old,  residing at Pasterska Street. The doctor wrote that she is sick and has diarrhea and needs intensive diet supplementation! At the bottom of this page is the ghetto stamp from Judenrat , date and signature of the doctor. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any information about this person. She is probably one of the several million forgotten holocaust victims. The document is written in Polish.
