Interesting and rare document used by the Nazis to look for jewish sanitary personnel among Polish/Ukrainian population to work in ghettos. This document shows a man from Ukraine who was a Dental technicist in Lemberg, and he had to fill in the form answering questions about his skills in the sanitary related occupations Nazis were looking people for. The necessities in the ghettos of occupied lands needed qualified people to work as doctors, dentists, nurses, etc. Many were from Poland, Ukraine and many other countries from the area of influence of the Nazis. Obviously, they weren't to be paid as Germanic workers, but many were very gifted for this works, and for occupiers their work was really cheap. This is one of those forms to be filled by qualified people. It is trilingual documents, in German, Polish and Russian.Overall condition is really good, and it comes with the original photo still glued. This one showed in the document is a Jew.
