This is a very tragic but interesting and unique set of letters from mother and daughter that were sent to KL Auschwitz - Birkenau Przanowska Maria and Przanowska Halina. Later they were separated and Halina was sent to KL Buchenwald

Maria went to Birkenau sub-camp and all the letters are sent out from Birkenau . Please see the special very rare postcards for women only in Birkenau and several other letters. Unfortunately the fate for her was not gracious

2. was killed on 26.2.1944 in KL Auschwitz,

The Auschwitz archive is a mistake because Maria was not born in 1927 but in 1904! What can be seen exactly on her letters!

Halina had more luck because she went to KL Buchenwald although there are quite different information in the Auschwitz camp archives than what I have!

Fates:
1. 1943-03-18, Auschwitz, coming to the camp
2. transferred in 1944 to KL Ravensbrück, liberated,

She was not in KL Ravensbruck only in KL Buchenwald, as evidenced by her numerous letters sent home and the letters she got to the Buchenwald !
The whole set is a total of 11 letters including: Buchenwald's 4 letters + 2 letters are sent to Buchenwald from Auschwitz - Birkenau 3 letters + 2 very unique FKL postcards issued specifically for women !

Very rarely and unique set like this because it is not separate and show very tragic story of one family  !
