We offer this ultra rare poster published by US Army just after the liberation of KL Mauthausen in 1945 to distribute among the soldiers so as not to fraternize with the Nazis. For that, US Army used a very shocking and graphic image showing piles of corpses of dead inmates as they were found when camp was liberated. We must know that when this poster was published the world didn't know what happened in those Nazi camps! This way, US Army wanted to tell the soldiers that get in touch with Nazi guards and prisoners of the camp, that they were criminals and they caused horrific crimes against humanity. Poster have been folded as it was found in a veteran estate, and it's complete. It has the message "Don't Fraternize" and it's marked with the provenance of the photo, in the right lower corner.
