Written in Polish and with nice Ghetto Tarnow ink stamp, the text could be translated as follows:Kalman Leiser Roth, a tailor living in Tarnów, has been unemployed for several months. He works only temporarily and his earnings are not enough for even the most modest living for him and his family. Therefore, it uses folk cuisine and allowances. The certificate is issued for submission to the court.Nice paperwork from a ghetto from which we don't find documents everyday.
