Rare receipt or document from the hospital in ghetto Litzmannstadt. It was issued in December 1940 to a sick Jewish patient called eibus Gliklisch who was 29 years old. Paper says that she should recive for next 10 days: semolina, milk, sugar, white bread, butter, lemons. Stamp from Litzmannstadt Judenrat and signature. It's a sloppy way to do a receipt since it was made using notebook paper and it's handwritten with pencil. Document is fully written in Polish. Very rare document!
