Nice certificate to a Polish woman who was declared competent to work as doctor assistant in Lemberg. Issued in 1943 by the office of speciality studies of medicine clinic in Lemberg. Somen nice ink stamps visible and photo of the woman still glued. Condition of the document isn't the best due to use, and some crease can be seen on it, but it's still complete and those creases don't affect the text.
