NSDStB Membership Lapel Pin (NSDStB-Mitglied Abzeichen)

The NSDStB, "National Sozialistische Deutscher Studentenbund" (National Socialist German Students’-league) was originally formed as a semi-autonomous organization in 1926, infiltrating the majority of institutions by 1930, and was under full control of the Nazi Party by 1934.

A cast alloy lapel pin, in the form of an elongated diamond, 24 mm tall and 13 mm wide, within which is a mobile swastika with black enamel.
The badge features translucent red enamel with an underlying pebbled field to the top and bottom quarters and solid white enamel to the side quarters.
A vertical pin-back device is to its reverse, of which is an embossed RZM logo, and "M1/15,".is embossed near its other end.
