Rare set of documents issued to a doctor from Chelm in Poland: Generalgouvernement Health chamber membership Ausweis with photo stapled and nice red ink stamps of Nazi occupation issued in 1941. In German and Polish, it's creased due to use but it's complete. The other one is a document issued by the Genereralgouvernement Health chamber that allows him to work as doctor during German occupation but prohibits him strictly to change to another job. Valid until 1944.
