This very rare set of 2 cutlery from NSRB (Nationalsozialistischer Rechtswahrerbund - German lawyer association) come with maker marks of manufacturer Wellner, and both of them is slightly different in design.

I think this is very rare spoon for boil or fried vegetables and fork for applying meat. Marking by Wellner during the period of the Third Reich provided large quantities of cutlery.
