Permission document has the Jewish name of the worker and the hours he will be outside. It has a nice ink stamp and the fees paid for it. The factory was "Optische Präzisions-Werke" G.m.b.H. from Warsaw. Overall condition is good and there's some crease but normal considering the use and old the document is.
