WW2 concentration camp bowl marked Waffen SS like those used in Majdanek - Lublin inmate's - super rare
Price: | $390.00 |
Product category:
These kind of bowls were used by prisoners to eat the low quality food camp personnel gave them to "feed" theselves during their captivity.
In this case, this bowl is like those used in KL Lublin-Majdanek, which makes sense, as there were many prisoner transferences and reallocations between Konzentrationslager in the III Reich on a regular basis.
These have still intact the KL ownership stamping, which is Kgl. Waffen SS Lublin, as these were manufactured in some SS workshops there. Some like this one could be seen in Majdanke memorial museum in Lublin, being exhibited there.
