This rare bilingual document, issued in Polish and German, deals with a kind of responsibility some people were charged with to call the fire brigade of the city district in some special occasions, like in the event of arsons, etc. In this document, that man is called to turn up in the fire department of the city so that he can be taught what to do in those cases.
