Set of a death notice sent from Mauthausen concentration camp to a deceased man's wife and an attached letter telling wife about the ashes urn and the condition to pick it up in the camp. Sad story about Franz Nowak. Condition is a bit poor due to humidity but it's perfectly readable and of high historical value. This was the normal procedure when an inmate died: they sent a death notice to his relatives fooling them about the way he actually died (always starved, mistreated or violently changen it for any kind of disease or natural death) and the ashes urn they could get after cremation of the body.
