Hannes Kurt Eisele (born March 13, 1912 in Donaueschingen, Baden, died May 3, 1967 in Cairo) – German war criminal, one of the SS doctors serving in German concentration camps. Doctor and SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer.In KL Dachau, where he was entrusted with the position of SS camp doctor. He participated in the extermination of prisoners using intracardiac air injections, carbolic acid, evipan and strychnine.After the war, he was sentenced to death by the American Military Tribunal in the Dachau KL trial and the Buchenwald crew trial. However, these sentences were first commuted to life imprisonment and then to 10 years of imprisonment. In 1952, Eisele was released from an American prison. He returned to the medical profession, which he practiced in Munich. His crimes were again revealed during the trial of Buchenwald crew member Martin Sommer in 1958. Eisele fled from Germany to Egypt in June 1958. At the request of Interpol, he was arrested by the Egyptian authorities, at the same time asking for asylum. The Egyptian authorities granted him asylum in 1960.
